Our Classes

Hot Classes

Bikram 

Class consists of: 2 sets of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises in the hot room. Original, traditional hot yoga sequence.
Suitable for: all levels from beginners to advanced
Perfect for: getting the full mind and body benefits of the hot room, in our most-loved traditional sequence

Bikram Express

Class consists of: The same 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises but 2 sets of the warm up and then 1 set of everything else!
Suitable for: all levels from beginners to advanced
Perfect for: Short on time but want to squeeze some Yoga in! 

Fierce Grace

Class consists of: It is a combination of Hatha, Power and Ashtanga yoga, Interval and Core Training and offers peak fitness, strength, flexibility and relaxation. Performed to music this class is designed to develop a sense of enjoyment and freedom and to allow one’s breath and energy to fuel the practise.
Suitable for: all levels from beginners to advanced
Perfect for: Wanting to mix things up and have some fun!

The Fix

Class consists of: This is a super-charged class designed to get you fitter faster when you are high on motivation but low on time. A mix of Bikram and FG, with a focus on arms, abs and stamina. Students familiar with Bikram and FG classes only should be doing this class as a “top-up.”
Suitable for: all levels from beginners to advanced
Perfect for: Short on time but want to squeeze some Yoga in!

Heated Classes

Heated Flow

Class consists of: Fantastic Flow class which stretches and strengthens, perfect for runners, cyclists and gym enthusiasts wanting a good stretch.  
Suitable for: all levels from beginners to advanced
Perfect for: Flow enthusiasts who like the heat! 

 Non Heated Classes

Barre

Class consists of: With the precision of Pilates coupled with ballet moves and Yoga alignment, you have a Barre class.
Suitable for: all levels from beginners to advanced
Perfect for: Those with an inner ballerina!  

YoQi

Class consists of: Yoga flow, seated, standing and balancing poses. Iyengar alignment and use of props (blocks, bolsters, straps) tailored to suit every body to go deeper in your practice. Qi Gong Breathing techniques done standing up, move prana around the body

Suitable for: all levels from beginners to advanced
Perfect for: Those that want a break from the heat and to totally unwind!
