We all want and need occasional respite from the normal pace of life. What better way to have fun yet totally relax than on a yoga retreat, here in the UK?! Some of you recently showed interest in attending a yoga retreat when we asked the question on our Facebook page and so we’ve completed a little online research and prepared a list of our favourite UK yoga retreats for 2018.

DRIFT is located on the magical island of Jersey in the Channel Islands. This idyllic little island provides an opportunity to combine yoga and wellbeing with surfing and nutritious organic food. As an added bonus to a yoga retreat at Champneys, all yoga retreats come with plenty of extras included such as, unlimited access to the facilities including the pool, Jacuzzi, and relaxation rooms. Overnight stays also include healthy buffet breakfasts and lunches and delicious three-course dinners.
