Beginners 6 Week Course
This course is perfect for someone who has never done yoga before but wants to start at a gentle pace with other beginners.
Our wonderful teacher Diana will build on the postures and breathing exercises each week. The classes is will be at a slower pace than our regular classes, enabling you to get the alignment right. These classes will be starting warm, with the heat gradually being increased each week.
The course is every Thursday at 6:30pm for 1 hour.
