October Wellness Month
Here at Indee Yoga we have chosen the month of October to be the centre of wellness. A chance for you to put yourself first, set goals and achieve lasting changes.
Keep an eye on our Class Schedule during October Wellness Month! There will be multiple classes and workshops taking place throughout October, including;
- A Relaxation Workshop – 8 October 3-5PM
- Foundations of Flow Workshop – 22 October 3-5PM
- Inspirational Talk about Thriving in Life 15 October 10-12.30PM
- Treatment Taster Morning – 15 October 10AM-12.30PM
- Mindfulness Pop-up Session – 13 October 7.30-9.30PM
Our last Wellness Month was held back in March 2017 and was a huge success with lots of new Yogi’s joining us. Lots of members enjoyed a variety of yoga and wellbeing classes and had plenty of fun and received lots of inspiration participating in our social media activity using our hashtag #IndeeMorningRituals.
