5 Reason to book onto a Yoga Workshop
We love workshops at Indee and we are here to tell you why!
If you haven’t been to a Yoga Workshop before, don’t be shy, just like our classes they are always very welcoming, for beginners to experienced yogi’s alike and judgement is always left at the door.
Here are our top 5 reasons for booking onto a workshop:
Me time! Thats right, workshops are about you, you can leave the everyday stuff at the door and immerse yourself into the practise and teh dedicated topic that the workshop is about.
Gain greater insight. A workshop is generally longer in time than a class which gives the teacher more time to discuss and pass on knowledge. There is time to get proper instruction on a topic, to have it demonstrated and explained fully, then to try it out for yourself. Say you want to learn what Somatic is, a workshop will give you the opportunity to fully explore the movement and breathing.
Yoga workshops are fun. If you’re looking for a great way to spend an afternoon, you can’t go far wrong with a yoga workshop. You get to learn interesting things, play with yoga, learn how to do a head stand or how to meditate. A Yoga workshop gives you the dedicate a couple of precious hours to developing yourself and your own yoga practice. You will also met likeminded people there who are not at your regular classes.
Yoga workshops have a specific focus. Whether that’s improving your handstands, exploring Yin Yoga, or learning how to meditate, with yoga workshops, there’s a clear theme and objective. Even attending a regular class that you love, you may not get all of the valuable insight that a workshop can give you as there often is not the time to do so.
Relax and Reset. The most important reason to book onto a workshop is to relax, chill out and reset.
