Beginners 6 week course
This is the first time we have offered a 6 week beginners course and as it is the first we are offering 15% off early bird special which brings the price down to £51 instead of £60.
Over the 6 weeks Diana will take you through a building block of postures and breathing exercises.
This is a great introduction for people who have never done Yoga before and want to start off gently and learn the correct alignment. Diana will add a little bit more heat each week, building up to the final class to be 30-35 degrees.
After this course, if you haven’t already you will be then able to purchase our Intro offer which allows you to try all of our other classes.
