Our Classes

Hot Classes

Bikram Express

Class consists of: The same 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises but 2 sets of the warm up and then 1 set of everything else!
Suitable for: all levels from beginners to advanced
Perfect for: Short on time but want to squeeze some Yoga in! 

Fierce Grace

Class consists of: It is a combination of Hatha, Power and Ashtanga yoga, Interval and Core Training and offers peak fitness, strength, flexibility and relaxation. Performed to music this class is designed to develop a sense of enjoyment and freedom and to allow one’s breath and energy to fuel the practise.
Suitable for: All levels from beginners to advanced
Perfect for: Wanting to mix things up and have some fun!

Inferno Hot Pilates

Class consists of: Hot Pilates is a train­ing sys­tem which com­bines Pilates prin­ci­ples with high inten­sity inter­val train­ing and is per­formed in a room heated and humidified room. It cre­ates long lean mus­cle mass, burns fat, and increases fit­ness lev­els. It cre­ates a stronger core, improves cir­cu­la­tion, and increases flex­i­bil­ity.
Suitable for: All levels from beginners to advanced
Perfect for: Wanting to try something different!

Pure Vinyasa Flow

Class consists of: Vinyasa Flow yoga emphasises the sequential movement between postures, coordinated with and guided by the breath. This class moves from pose to pose with each held for no more than a few breaths. Expect a fully balanced class of forward bending, twists, backbends with opportunity for inversions.
Suitable for: All levels from beginners to advanced
Perfect for: Vinyasa fan’s, those that love flow!

The Fix

Class consists of: This is a super-charged class designed to get you fitter faster when you are high on motivation but low on time. A mix of Bikram and FG, with a focus on arms, abs and stamina. Students familiar with Bikram and FG classes only should be doing this class as a “top-up.”

Perfect for: Short on time but want to squeeze some Yoga in!

Deep Core

Class consists of: This is another one of the Fierce Grace classes that we are lucky to offer at the studio. The deepest stretch out there. Floor-based, allowing us to drop any desire to “perform” and connect deeply with body and breath. Designed to realign postural issues and release stress, the slower pace allows time to work with injuries.

Funk & Flow

Class consists of: This Dynamic Vinyasa Flow class will take it up to the next level with a great funky playlist. This class is challenging, fast-paced and sweaty but will include lots of options and modifications to suit all levels.

Perfect for: Vinyasa fan’s who love a Dynamic class!

 Non Heated Classes

Barre

Class consists of: With the precision of Pilates coupled with ballet moves and Yoga alignment, you have a Barre class.
Suitable for: all levels from beginners to advanced
Perfect for: Those with an inner ballerina!  

Yin Yoga

Class consists of: Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with postures, or asanas, that are held for longer periods of time, for beginners it may range from 45 seconds to two minutes; more advanced practitioners may stay in one asana for five minutes or more. This class is the perfect partner to our faster paced classes as Yin will give you a change to slow it down and stretch deeper.

6 week Beginners Course

Class consists of: This 6 weeks course is designed for beginners, each starting on the same date and completing the course together. Each week will build on the last. This course will start off with minimal heat and will build up to a heated level by week 6 so you can experience and feel the benefits of heated yoga.

Perfect for: For beginners who want to start the right way.

Kundalini/Hatha Fusion

Class consists of: Fusing these two traditional practicing to give you a class with a new awakening.
Kundalini is a type of yoga that boosts energy, and immunity, synchronises the nervous system impulses, releases energetic blocks, balances hormones and uplifts the attitude thus allowing our pure radiance to shine.
Combing traditional Hatha postures, this class will allow you to awaken and renew
